London Apron’s plant based mini-meringues are little drops of joy. Made entirely with 100% natural, vegan ingredients, these little sweet delights taste just as delicious as they look!

Silvina and her team use aquafaba (chickpea water) to create the light and airy meringue consistency, whilst completely natural flavourings provide the sweet, playful taste of candy floss. The butterfly pea flower makes them a beautiful bright blue and a touch of vanilla extract completes the recipe.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
For the best meringue experience, keep in an airtight container.
Do not expose to air for prolonged periods of time to ensure crunchiness. If they go soft, dry them out in oven at 100 degrees for 30 minutes.
