Silvina and her team use aquafaba (chickpea water) to create the light and airy meringue consistency, whilst the vanilla extract adds a luxuriously indulgent flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place.
For the best meringue experience, keep in an airtight container.
Do not expose to air for prolonged periods of time to ensure crunchiness. If they go soft, dry them out in oven at 100 degrees for 30 minutes.
